Can Star Trek:TNG have a boring day?

Have you every had a day in which so many things were going on around you such as the phone ringing, people asking too many questions whether they are dumb ones or not, too much to do at work or home that you wished that you could just tune it all out? I guess even Captain Picard likes to get away from it all once in a while as evidenced in this hilarious Youtube video. The ability to make your environment as peaceful as possible in the midst of chaos is a true art form. I wish I could walk around blissfully ignoring the goings on around me at times but then I guess I would get very little done. I can dream about it though......
