In Ridley Scott's 1985 fantasy adventure Legend, Tim Curry starred as the demonic looking Lord of Darkness in this fantastical make-up by creature and special effects maestro, Rob Bottin.

I'm not sure if this is an original sculpture or a replica, but regardless it's an amazing piece of work and such a dramatic design.
