I believe this gory sculpture is a replica of the actual make-up used by Rick Baker for Griffin Dunne as the murdered 'Jack Goodman' in 1981's An American Werewolf in London.

The sculpture was created by Howard S . Studios, who produce prototypes and production masters for toy manufacturers and producers of high-end collectables, plus special one-of-a-kind commissions for individual collectors.
Rick Baker won the Best Make-Up Oscar for his work on this classic horror movie in 1982, which was the first year the Academy Award for this category was introduced.
