We get so wrapped up in our busy lives sometimes that we forget to sit down and listen to ourselves. We forget to focus on what's important.

I am much needing my ritual self-reflection. It is that time again to reflect upon self and re-prioritise. I have realised that I look forward to doing this every few weeks because I know I will feel a surge of motivation right after!
